P&P

We ship all our products via recorded delivery(signed for) to give you peace of mind when buying from us.  We charge a flat rate and this covers anywhere in the uk.


Stock Availability

While we do carry stock, we dont have everything in our inventory - some items are shipped in from abroad and this introduces lead times.  For some of the more special items we also need specific measurements from you as they are made to fit you.  If your product is in stock you'll recieve an email as soon as we ship it otherwise you'll recieve an email detailing the estimated lead time on your purchase.  We will endeavour to keep you appraised as to the status of your purchase every step of the way.

Payment

We currently only accept paypal.  We will in the future support other payment methods but for now this is the only method we will be accepting.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.  This is your statutory right.  Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in to recieve a refund and you must contact us first in order to arrange the return.  Please leave all tags on the product as if you remove them we cannot accept the return. 

Unfortunately if a product you purchase from us includes underwear(e.g. a corset that includes a matching thong) we will be unable to accept a return on this item unless its faulty for health and safety reasons.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
